Literally the worst customer Service ever! I have sent over a dozen requests stating I am having issues getting in to view my account, with no response back. They say to wait 24-48 hours. This has been going on for weeks. They had no problem taking my money, though. I recommend using a site that has a responsive customer service department.

The biggest mistake I ever made. They only give you limited access of what you can do to your account THAT YOU PAY FOR. They need to do a better background on these people. They need to have a way for you to unlike someone if you change your mind about them. They also need to give you more time to decide if you like their -website- two days just isn’t enough time. You’re stuck with the payment if you decided that you changed your mind. There’s way too much to for me to say.

Numerous emails daily, same people over and over again. I can understand going out of age range but I am pretty strict about gender. Also got renewed today, a heads-up about that would have been nice since I had intended to end my membership. That’s 120 dollars down the drain.

The worst experience I had. Automatized program for unannounced reason blocks your profile, people you interacted with receive the letter of “investigation”. Nobody helps you restoring your reputation, while the support team sends letters that are signed by Indian comedian… Indecent. Unacceptable.

I signed for 3 months and can’t wait to end. I get at least a dozen “smiles” a day which I believe are computer generated as I have followed up and received zero communication from the originator. On a daily basis, I receive at least two messages that a user has found the love of her life but her friend wants me to contact her via email or phone. Believe me, they are scammers trying to get your number and/or email address to take over your account, email, bank account, etc.

I did a little research before I started and it seemed good so I enrolled for a six month membership. Almost all of the matches have been geographically way too far away. Then every time I tried to see something my Malware warned me site blocked due to Spam and my Windows warns me it is not a secure connection. STAY AWAY from this one.

Awful site. All the men were old, ugly and totally unsuitable. Most lived over 100 miles away. Many didn’t provide photos. There were a few decent ones. I received a security warning about each of them! 6 in total. After nearly 4 months had enough! Cancelled subscription, deleted profile. Classic FM which I used before was far better.

I have had over £209 taken out of my account and I have not authorised this. My membership says 6mths to. 21.12.21. I cannot afford this, I cannot get hold of anyone to talk to. My friend overseas was catfished by someone on this site and he still operates even though this site is aware of him. I will be taking this further. Not happy.

This site is such a bad deal. Never ever join this site if I was there when their ass was on fire I would not waste my piss to put it out. Never ever sign up at this site..

I just cancelled my membership so I asked them to speak to an manager or supervisor they play on the line for about 10 mins then hung up on me. So if I get charged for any of there other services I let it be known I will be doing a lawsuit I’m not playing. When you have no membership all the so called ladies are in ya inbox but when you get a membership you don’t see nun of em it’s all fake.

I just got banned because of unknown “innapropiate and abusive behaviour” I have never abussed or harassed anyone, so this feels more like people are falsely reporting me. The only negative thing I’ve ever done is unmatching someone. This is a company with unfair arbitraty practices to discriminate users.

Cancelled my subscription, tried to contact to complain as still taking my money, £2.99 a day and its coming out even though I have no use of my account, not replying to any messages on the chat or messaging service and no direct number to get hold of any one, absolute scam

Like many other sites, it has fake profiles. DON’T give them money. You can also turn on your money. You will never get value on this site. Complete detachment.

Don’t waste your money buying frustration. These guys barely managed it and their site is a joke, a bad joke.

I have to admit, I was only on this dating site for a week, but I guess I got lucky because I meet a special person and I guess it would have never happened if it wasn’t for trying this site.

Please stop sending automated messages that seem like they are from the person you liked.

Useless, most of the time the app doesn’t work properly. Spend most of the time waiting for the app to work. Would not recommend until they sort it.

All the women are fake profiles, hardly speak English, no intention of meeting. Single photo uplifted from somewhere, you would have to be stupid not to recognise they can not communicate and are trying to scam in one way or another. This website should be shut down.

It can feel a little small after a while, but if you are willing to put in some work there are enough interesting people to make it very worthwhile.

I am a big fan of this site. I have been single for quite some time and this is one of the sites I have recently tried out. efficient, user friendly and funny with tons of wonderful and interesting people. However tough and specific as standards are very high there.

The website have me a variety of person that best would be my match it was fun getting to know some new people amass making new friends.

Warning this is a fake site that takes your money..non of the profiles on here are real its some phsycho using fake pics and taking money.

Waste of time, lay out your search criteria then get hits way out of what your looking for, also loads of scammers asking you to click on links to verify then asking for personal bank details.

Have been on the site now a little while and a waste of time. Have tried to use their ‘highly recommended’ messaging service but never receive any replies. Are the girls on it as joke? The only free thing about this site is viewing and creating a profile. You pay to chat, you pay to read chats. You can’t mention in your profile that you can’t chat. Can’t put in an email address, can’t even say how long you’ll pay for the privilege of chatting with people in the age range that bumble determines you can view and chat with. No, you don’t get to choose an age, a type….you don’tbget to choose much of anything. The people on here are no more serious than the people on the free sites where yu can choose everything about what you are looking for. They cant even read by our messages because they dont want to pay for a crappy site!!
